How we work · Process, options and pricing

AI isn’t an expense.
It’s an investment that pays for itself.

We look at your business the way an investor would: where are time and money going to waste right now? What pays off first? And what makes your business worth more in the long run?

Questions, not slides

You won’t get a 40-slide presentation from us. You’ll get questions that hit home instead. Here are a few:

  • “Which task would you most like never to do again?”

  • “What does an hour of searching cost you, and how often does that happen each week?”

  • “Where is a customer waiting for you right now?”

  • “What happens if you’re away from the business for three weeks?”

  • “What would a buyer of your business pay more for?”

The plan comes out of your answers, not out of our toolbox.

The process

  1. Intro call free

You talk, we dig deeper. By video, by phone or on site at your business. You get our take on where AI is worth it for you, followed by a first prototype.

    30 minutesprototype in 24 hours

  2. AI investment plan fixed price

We do the maths before you invest. We look at your processes, software and data, and talk to your team. For each improvement, you see what it costs, what it saves and when it pays for itself. Plus a clear recommendation on where to start.

1–2 weeksfrom €1,490credited if you go ahead

  3. Implementation in sprints

Whatever pays off fastest comes first. We build in sprints. A sprint lasts two weeks and ends with something your team can use straight away. Then you decide whether another one follows.

2 weeks per sprintfrom €4,900fixed price

  4. Ongoing development & sparring optional

If you want, we’ll stay on the case. Once a month, a 90-minute one-to-one sparring session, followed by a report on where things stand, the opportunities we see and the next steps.

  • First prototypewithin 24 hoursfree

Within 24 hours you see what AI can do with a real example from your business. So you’re deciding on something you can get your hands on, not on slides.

  • AI investment planfixed price, credited if you go aheadfrom €1,490

We map out your processes and work out the effort, savings and payback for each improvement. That way you only invest where it pays off. If you go ahead with us, the cost of the plan is credited.

  • Strategy workshopworking out with your team what we’ll buildfrom €2,970

Together with your team, we decide what gets built first. Because everyone has a say, the solution actually gets used later on.

  • Sprint2 weeks, fixed pricefrom €4,900

In two weeks you get a finished result at a fixed price, and your team uses it straight away. Then you decide whether another sprint follows. No long tie-in.

  • Ongoing sparringoptional, 90 minutes + monthly report, minimum 6 monthsfrom €490 / month

Once a month, 90 minutes one-to-one, followed by a monthly report. Over at least six months we can plan further ahead, spot new opportunities early and see what really works.

All prices exclude VAT. No small print: every sprint has a fixed price before it starts.

Our promise

So you know where you stand with us:

Business value

A business that runs without you
is worth more.

As long as everything hangs on you, your business is hard to hand over. Documented, automated processes make it less dependent on any one person and therefore worth more, whether you plan to hand it over one day, sell it or simply run it with less stress.

Questions about working with us

What’s a sprint?

Two weeks of full focus on one clear goal, for example an automation or part of your software. At the end there’s something you can use day to day. Every sprint has a fixed price, and afterwards you decide whether another one follows.

What do we get from sparring?

Once a month, 90 minutes with David or Maciej, by video or on site at your business. Afterwards we write a detailed report: what we discussed, where you stand, which opportunities we see, which steps are worth taking next and what we’ve learned over the last few weeks. Sparring is optional and runs for at least six months, so we can plan further ahead and see what really works.

What’s in the AI investment plan?

A review of your current processes and a list of specific improvements, each with the effort involved, running costs, expected savings and the point at which it has paid for itself. Plus a recommendation on where to start and a rough timeline. You get it in writing, and we go through it together.

How long does the investment plan take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the size of the business. We talk to you and your team and look at your processes and software, on site or by video.

And if nothing pays off?

Then we’ll say so. The plan also shows what doesn’t pay off, and knowing that is worth just as much. We only build what you sign off.

Who owns the software?

You do. What we build for you belongs to you, logins and all.

Is there funding available?

Austria has funding programmes for digitalisation and AI. We’re happy to check with you whether any of them fit, and which.

Can we start small?

Yes. Plenty of businesses start with a single improvement that pays off quickly. If it works, we carry on. If not, you haven’t risked much.

How does the intro call work?

30 minutes with David or Maciej, by video or phone. You tell us where things get stuck day to day. We ask questions and tell you where AI is worth it for you. Within 24 hours you get a first prototype: a clickable draft of what a solution could look like for you. Not finished software, but something you can get your hands on. You don’t need to prepare anything.

Is AI worth it for a small business too?

Especially there. In a small team, every hour lost to searching, retyping or chasing things up counts double.

How soon will we see results?

We start where it makes the most difference and go in small steps. So you’ll often have something that helps day to day within a few weeks. We build larger software in two-week sprints, so you’re not waiting months for a result.

Do we need our own IT team or technical know-how?

No. You know your business; we take care of the tech. We explain everything in plain English and stick with your team until the new tools are second nature.

Do you work with ChatGPT?

Yes, but not exclusively. We’re not tied to any provider and pick the model that suits the job: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or open models that can also run on your own servers. In the end, what counts is what runs reliably for you, is secure and pays off.

What happens once the project is finished?

We’re still around. If you want, we take care of maintenance and security. And if you like, we’ll keep working on your next steps with you in monthly sparring sessions. How closely is up to you.

Do you only work in Vienna?

Vienna is home, but we work anywhere. We support businesses all over Austria and the German-speaking countries, and a lot can be done comfortably by video. We’re happy to work in English or Polish too, if that suits you better.

In a client’s words

“We’ve worked with Provem since we set up the company: brand, website and lots of processes behind the scenes. They think things through as if it were their own company, and they’re honest about what they think.”

Heorhii Karakhanov · Managing Director, Car4Life GmbH
