About us · Maciej Dzialoszynski
Maciej sets the priorities.
Meet Maciej, Provem’s other founder. This cool-headed strategic all-rounder makes sure a good idea turns into a plan, and the plan into an outcome, with the right mix of hunger for results and finesse.
How Maciej works
In a lot of businesses there isn’t too little going on, there’s too much at once. Maciej brings order to it: what makes the biggest difference, what can wait, and what do we drop altogether?
He stays calm while doing it, even when things are on fire. His cool head connects things that seem unrelated at first glance, and shows where the potential lies. A packed diary has never made a good decision.
In 2022 Maciej sat on the jury of the Effie Awards Austria and judged more than 150 marketing campaigns, some with budgets in the millions, some with a great deal less. He really had to put his back into it. Since then, the first thing he asks about any idea is whether it works, and only then whether it looks good.
For him, leading a team so that it outdoes itself isn’t a talent, it’s hard work. He’s constantly looking for the point where something strong turns into something really good.
How to spot him
- He sets priorities.Three things done properly beat ten done halfway.
- He stays calm.Even when things get hectic, he stays on top of it all.
- He’s a hundred per cent on the job.Full focus on whatever task he’s working on. It’s something he commits to afresh every day.
- He brings the team along.New tools only work if people actually use them. He makes sure they do.
His motto
“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.”
That’s why Maciej thinks big and plans in small steps. And one day he really does want to go to the moon, to show off one of his favourite dance moves up there.
Off the clock
Maciej came to Austria from Poland in 2005 and was top of his class in German straight away. His secret: SpongeBob every day, in German. Maybe that’s also where his knack for reading people started, something he really thrives on today.
He did most of his IT training in English, and Spanish is next. Among friends he’s already known for starting birthday wishes with “Muchos Nachos”.
He grew up in modest circumstances. It made him down to earth, and he’s stayed that way.
Dancing Dancing is in his blood, and he couldn’t care less what music is playing.
Motorbike On his motorbike he gets his freedom and a shot of adrenaline.

Iced coffee He tends to forget his freshly made coffee. Then he ends up drinking iced coffee, without meaning to.
